IRISH crooner Brian McFadden sent shoppers into a frenzy during an appearance at Warringah Mall.
Fans lining up for hours to see Delta Goodrem's fiance were not disappointed as the former Westlife singer performed four songs from his new album, Set in Stone. McFadden also performed his hit single Like Only a Woman Can.
Warringah Mall marketing manager Alison Roberts said McFadden was more than happy to meet fans and sign autographs.
"The mall was buzzing," she said, after fans lined up from early morning to catch a glimpse of their hero. The new album is the follow-up to the Dubliner's 2004 solo debut Irish Son, which topped the British and European record charts.
His appearance came as he launched yet another tirade against ex-wife Kerry Katona in a British tabloid, saying the former Atomic Kitten star is "disgusting" and an "embarrassment".
The report said McFadden lashed out at Katona after his ex-wife blamed the Irish singer and Goodrem for the premature birth of her fourth son.
